Job Title:  Warehousing Specialist

About the role:

As a Warehousing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless execution from inbound to outbound and everything in between. You'll work closely with local supply chain market leaders and various operational functions such as logistics services provider, customer service, inventory management, demand planning, and global logistics. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehousing processes.

The impact you'll make:

• Ensure operational excellence in the last mile of the supply chain, covering inbound, storage, outbound, and transportation to end customers
• Drive root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in warehousing activities
• Own the forecasting process and scenario management with warehouse operators
• Analyze cost to serve and implement strategies to enhance cost efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships with warehouse operators and acting as the main point of contact for warehousing matters
• Contribute to improvement initiatives across various supply chain functions
• Participate in projects aimed at performance improvement, cost efficiency, and logistics network redesign
• Leverage technology, process mapping, and business analytics to enhance performance and service quality
• Support stock quality management by resolving blocking statements, investigating damaged stock, and driving recovery actions
• Reconcile stock between our systems and those of our warehouse partners

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• At least 2-5 years of experience in logistics execution, warehousing, downstream distribution, S&OE (sales and operational execution) or similar
• Extensive experience in logistics and warehousing management function, using problem framing and/or solving
• Working knowledge and understanding of SAP, preferably SAP HANA 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Evidence of successful performance improvement, cost efficiency initiatives, cross-functional supply chain projects
• Proficiency in English and Hungarian is a must
• Location near Budapest is an advantage
