About the role:

As part of the Shanghai design team, you are crafting user friendly physical & digital user experiences interfaces for our home appliances that people love to own and are delightful to use.

The impact you’ll make:

• Leading multiple projects of the Kitchen Appliances and the Climate Care programs.
• Shaping the UX Strategy and design principles for Climate Care programs with climate care design team members
• Leading both the digital UX & physical product UI design activities and delivering relevant output on time and with quality throughout the full ‘Solution Development Process’ from project initiation to launch.
• Designing UX flows and user interface visuals for your category APP with a user centered approach, based on user insights.
• Designing physical product UI, including control panel and display content design (LED, TFT or other formats).
• Leading consumer and competitor research to identify user needs and design opportunities to create value and differentiation.
• The complete UI/UX design process and content creation, including wireframe sketches, to experience flow maps, interactive prototypes, usability testing, high fidelity visual mockups and optimized graphics production, including interface visual style, icon graphics and animation assets ready for production.
• Applying design language guidelines to maintain brand consistency.
• Teaming up with designers from different disciplines and with project team members from marketing, R&D and other relevant functions.
• Reviewing prototypes and production samples and deliver feedback documentations to ensure design intents are implemented.
