About the role:
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented UX lead to join our team, focused on optimising the user experience of our .com platform. This hybrid role blends creative design thinking with analytical rigor to ensure our digital experiences are intuitive, engaging, data-informed and ultimately conversion focused. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, designers, content leads and business stakeholders to drive user-centric improvements that directly impact conversion and customer satisfaction.
The impact you’ll make:
User Experience Design
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for new features and enhancements across the .com platform. Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across devices.
User Research & Testing
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews. Analyse user behaviour using tools to identify pain points and opportunities. Collaborate with CRO lead to launch AB and Multivariate tests to prove out designs and enhancements.
Data-Driven Analysis
- Translate user data and business metrics into actionable insights to inform design decisions. Collaborate with analytics and CRO teams to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and marketing teams to align UX strategies with business goals.
- Present findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Continuous Optimisation
- Monitor performance of UX changes post-launch and iterate based on feedback and data. Actively feed into the platform enhancements backlog by shaping tickets to ensure consistency in user experience.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design and/or UX analysis, preferably in eCommerce or digital platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Contentsquare).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
