We are seeking a skilled Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist for a fixed- term assignment to join our team, to be based in our Dubai office with a hybrid working setup.
As a Trade Shopper Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial team to execute effective shopper journeys across multiple touchpoints in key accounts with the objective of increasing sell-out and gaining market share in the Middle East region.
The impact you’ll make:
- Executes in-store campaigns and activations across MEA markets by coordinating POS elements, demonstration zones, and other activation requirements
- Tracks campaign timelines to ensure all deliverables are implemented on schedule
- Follows up with the distributors on approval for instore visibility implementation for permanent displays and campaign elements to ensure smooth execution at the store level
- Conducts store visits (1x a week) to collect data, monitors visibility, identifies gaps, and reports insights internally
- Follows up with agencies on asset creation for stands, on product POS material, feature cards design and production, and implementation in key stores
- Consolidates feedback from Promoter agencies, Merchandising teams, and Field staff to improve sales and share feedback internally
- Manages budget tracking, POs, and invoice approvals, ensuring proof of execution from external stakeholders
- Maintains campaign implementation reports and supports preparation of presentations focused on execution, reporting, and data-driven insights
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Marketing Execution, Brand Management, Brand Support and Brand Activation positions
- Experience across SDA, MDA, mobiles, laptops (and electronics in general), FMCG/consumer goods, retail e-commerce, as well as marketing, advertising, event, and experiential agencies will be considered a strong fit.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing, with experience in in-store activations
- Skills in project management, planning, and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Solid knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and negotiating with trade partners
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines while having a comprehensive view of tasks
