As our Perfect Store and Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how our products come to life in stores and online. This role is all about turning insights into action—crafting trade strategies that resonate with consumers, align with retailer needs, and elevate our presence across the market. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Digital, and Marketing teams to ensure our small domestic appliances shine wherever they’re sold. The impact you’ll make:

  • Drive growth by developing and executing a powerful trade marketing strategy across key product categories.
  • Boost visibility by creating and managing a national promotional calendar that aligns with marketing plans and drives sell-out performance.
  • Maximize profitability by managing the promotional budget with a sharp focus on return on investment and optimal product mix.
  • Enhance digital presence by developing compelling eCommerce content—from enriched product pages to eye-catching banners—that converts browsers into buyers.
  • Elevate in-store experience by designing and executing retail visibility strategies, including branded displays, demo units, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Optimize distribution by conducting listing and distribution analysis and providing actionable insights to the Sales team.
  • Strengthen partnerships by collaborating with retailers in category meetings and supporting product launches with persuasive selling stories and demos.
  • Drive performance by analyzing category sales and taking timely action to seize opportunities or address challenges.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Over 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within leading FMCG multinational companies or the electronics retail sector
  • Proven ability to drive business growth across diverse trade channels
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with a hands-on approach
  • Sales experience considered a valuable asset
  • Based in Kiev area
