Job Title:  Test & Verification Engineer

About the role:

The Validation Engineer is responsible for testing and validating the performance and function of  floor care product and components at design, industrialization and production stages. We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, responsible and deeply committed person to join our team.

The impact you’ll make:

• Works as a T&V engineer in T&V team. 
• Work with R&D team to define the key technical parameters and develop test cases and execute the tests.
• Supporting market claim & demo testing.
• Verify supplier lab capacity, help them to build up lab system to meet Philips quality requirements. 
• Based on new project requirements to develop new test protocol and validate it.
• Work with other functions and suppliers as a member of the project team.
• Perform tests according to test plan independently and finish test report timely and accurately.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• 5+ years working experience in vacuum cleaner testing field, familiar with performance and safety testing.
• Strong understanding of standard test equipment and methods.
• Strong statistical and data analysis abilities.
• Studious, attentive, good troubleshooting capability, focused on quality and repeatable results.
• Good interpersonal ability and teamwork spirit.
• Flexible working style, able to adapt quickly to changing tasks and workflow.  
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• English can be used as a working language, with proficient reading and writing skills.
• Familiar with MS office, good at Word, Excel &PPT.
