Job Title:  Technical Product Documentation Officer

About the role:

The main objective is to support the Project Managers & Engineers to manage the new and existing technical product documentation (TPD) created for Versuni products. In support of the TPD team in the AMED organization (Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Documentation). TPD officer works for new project or document change confirmed till end of product life cycle such as the new product, new colour, new country version, new packaging, special deal, etc.  TPD officer also support the new coding creation.

The impact you’ll make:

• Whenever necessary for ensuring the Project performance of Kitchen Appliance Business, reach out to colleagues in other offices for their supports and actions
• Track and report KPIs of TPD (Technical Product Documentation) of Kitchen Appliance
• Support colleagues on SAP system usage, issues, and ways (like reminders) to improve the performance (especially the tracker score)
• Support the roll out of any new process in Kitchen Appliance TPD teamCommunicate to the Kitchen Appliance team on all system changes and new releases
• Assist Kitchen Appliance Innovation & Engineering team in preparing reports and data for management (e.g. monthly change request change note reports, etc.)
• Archive documents as defined and needed to SharePoint and other designated data storage places
• Supports creation and processing of Change Request and Change Note in SAP system
• Supports communication of parts lists, documentation and changes towards suppliers
• Requests 12NC’s for new SKU & new materials
• Set-ups and maintains parts lists (BOM) with documentation (TPD). Checks structure, format and completeness of BOM

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• At least 3 years work experience in project management / engineering documentation in a multi-discipline Project Organization.
• University / College graduation
• Customer mindset/business result-oriented
• Good team player, high level of flexibility and ability to support beyond direct job scope.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP system.
• Pleasant personality with good communication skill, comfortable interacting with people at all level.
