Job Title:  Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role:

Support Talent Acquisition activities across the Americas and Europe team, ensuring all recruitment processes are executed in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards. 

Contribute to an efficient and positive hiring experience by supporting recruitment operations, coordination, and process excellence initiatives.


This position is based in Varginha / Minas Gerais - Brazil, under a hybrid work model, requiring on-site presence at our factory in Varginha a few days per week, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across different business areas.
  • Conduct Intake Meetings with hiring managers to align vacant requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and monitor interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition global team in daily recruitment operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, prepare assessments and provide feedback and hire recommendations to managers.
  • Ensure proper closure of recruitment processes, including preparation and organization of all required documentation.
  • Maintain close collaboration with cross-functional teams and partner areas, including Human Resources, Rewards, Labor Relations, Learning & Development, and other related functions.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Studying bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, Engineering, Psychology or similar.
  • Course completion forecast for the second half of 2028.
  • ADVANCED/FLUENT ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND VERBAL).
  • Advanced/Fluent Spanish is a plus (desirable).
  • Familiarity with digital processes.
  • Desire to learn an delve into the area of Talent Acquisition.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • A very strong internal customer focus and the ability to deal with a large variety of different vacancies.
