Job Title:  Supply Planning Assistant Manager

About the role:

The impact you’ll make:

1.Manage the weekly supply-demand planning process for at least one major category

2.Define and review the mid- and long-term supply plan

3.Propose actions when stock availability falls outside set control boundaries

4.Lead the end-to-end process of balancing supply and demand worldwide, and manage operational KPIs

5.Lead the monthly supply review / S&OP process and drive changes to the planning process

6.Manage the phase-in and phase-out process and ensure accurate master data in SAP and IBP.

7.Serve as a key supply chain systems expert within the supply planning community

8.Represent supply chain in related audits

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

1.Degree holder, preferably in a supply chain-related field

2.At least 5 years' experience in the related field

3.Fluent English and Mandarin is a MUST

4.Analytical skills

5.Strong leadership

6.Strong communication

7.Strong ERP and global planning experience, preferably with knowledge of SAP and IBP
