Job Title: Supply Chain Analytics Intern
BR
About the role:
You will be part of the North America Supply Chain organization, supporting the USA and Canada markets. This role plays a critical part in driving data‑driven decision‑making by owning and continuously improving analytics, reporting, and data solutions used across Demand Planning, Order Management, and broader SCM teams.
This is a hands‑on, analytics‑focused internship, suited for someone comfortable working across the full data lifecycle — from raw data to insights used by business stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong analytics foundation, curiosity about supply chain operations, and the ability to translate data into business ready insights.
This is a 30-hour-per-week internship beginning in August 2026, with an expected duration of at least 12 months and the possibility of a 12-month extension.
The impact you’ll make:
- Own and maintain Supply Chain dashboards and reporting (Power BI), ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and relevance for NAM stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance analytics solutions using Python, Databricks, and Git, including data preparation, transformation, and version‑controlled workflows.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights that support decision‑making across Demand Planning, SCM, and leadership.
- Support the Demand Planning team by delivering accurate and timely forecast reporting, highlighting historical trends, current performance, and forward‑looking signals.
- Champion Orderbook and supply chain KPI reporting (e.g., OTIF, Inbound Reliability), identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, reducing manual effort and improving scalability of reporting solutions.
- Act as back‑up support for Order Management when team members are unavailable.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Fluent in English.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- Graduation expected December 2028 or later. Candidates able to commit to a minimum of 12 months may also be considered if there is a strong fit.
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with experience building dashboards consumed by others.
- Strong Python proficiency, with prior use in analytics or data workflows.
- Experience with or exposure to Databricks and Git (version control) in a practical setting.
- Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, orderbook, KPIs, and OTIF is a plus.
- Experience with Lean / continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems, or strong willingness to learn SAP S/4HANA.
What we’ll give you in return:
- Internship Stipend: BRL 2,000.00 per month
- Benefits:
- Meal/Food Allowance: BRL 1,232.00 per month
- Medical Insurance – SulAmérica
- Shuttle Transportation Reimbursement, Public Transportation Reimbursement, Parking Allowance, or Fixed Transportation Assistance (according to internal policy guidelines)
- Life Insurance
(All benefits are provided to interns at no cost, with no payroll deductions.)
