Strategic Investment and M&A Evaluation: Support the scouting, preliminary assessment, and detailed valuation of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. Evaluate revenue streams, margins, synergy potential, and leverage various valuation methodologies such as discounted cash flows, comparable companies, and precedent transactions to guide investment decisions.
