About the role:

Responsible for managing the End-to-End project management framework, ensuring that all innovation-related projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the targeted quality level (product performance and consumer satisfaction). Reporting into the Product Director on a day-to-day basis, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives, effectively manages cross - functional project team members, and oversees the continuous improvement of project execution processes During the product LCM, he/she drives corrective actions plan when any quality issue arises, or for any product cost /competitiveness improvement.

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead the project team End-to-End on an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in full, at targeted quality level, until 6/8 months post NPI launch.

• Lead project management excellent for new to the world technology and product concepts in close collaboration with pre-development, design, UXR and product management and suppliers

• Accountable for the project outputs and documentation, she/he reports project progress pre-development, pre-launch and product performance post launch, until project is officially handed over to LCM team.

• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.

• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within his/her functional project team

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Strong communication and influencing skills in English, with the ability to effectively bridge China and global teams

• Leadership skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Proven experience leading complex innovation, NPI, or product development projects within a multinational environment

• Industry experience required, ideally within Domestic Appliances. Mechanical or Electrical engineering background is a plus.

• Strong project management capabilities across planning, risk management, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery,

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution across R&D, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.

• Demonstrated strong ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Experience working in a global matrix organization and managing collaboration across regions, functions, and cultures

• Strong understanding of China-based development, sourcing, and manufacturing ecosystems

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, resolving escalations, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve project outcomes and ways of working. Good problem solving skills and usage of statistical methodology (6-Sigma knowledge will be preferred).
