The impact you’ll make:

• Drive seamless logistics operations before and after production, ensuring alignment with planning and procurement policies.
• Oversee warehouse and shipping activities, delivering reliable service to internal teams and external customers.
• Optimize import-export operations, reducing transport and customs-related costs.
• Lead and inspire a logistics team of over 160 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Discover and implement cost-effective procurement and transportation strategies.
• Deliver accurate activity reports, forecasts, and logistics budgets that inform business decisions.
• Align procurement planning with production needs to ensure timely and efficient supply.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and monitor purchase orders to maintain supply chain integrity.
• Introduce innovative planning and procurement concepts that support group-wide initiatives.
• Streamline documentation and internal reporting to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Uphold internal regulations, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity across operations.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Proven leadership and coordination capabilities in complex logistics environments
Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar supply chain or logistics leadership role within industrial, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors (excluding food and beverage)
Demonstrated success managing large, diverse teams—ideally 100+ people—across multiple logistics functions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fiel
Deep expertise in logistics planning, procurement, and supplier relationship management
Strong grasp of budgeting, project management, and stock optimization
Strategic problem-solving and confident decision-making under pressure
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
Fluency in English and Romanian, with excellent communication and reporting skills
Hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules
Background in implementing logistics processes within international organizations
Knowledge of international transport regulations and customs procedures
Ability to analyze data and produce strategic reports that drive performance
Familiarity with occupational safety and environmental protection standards
