About the role:
Responsible for managing the End-to-End project management framework, ensuring that all innovation-related projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the targeted quality level (product performance and consumer satisfaction). Reporting into the Product Director on a day-to-day basis, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives, effectively manages cross - functional project team members, and oversees the continuous improvement of project execution processes During the product LCM, he/she drives corrective actions plan when any quality issue arises, or for any product cost /competitiveness improvement.
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead the project team end-to-end on innovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and at the targeted quality level, up to 6-8 months post new product introduction launch.
- Be accountable for project outputs and documentation, reporting project progress pre-launch and product performance post-launch.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within your functional project team.
- Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues during the lifecycle management phase.
Traveling to our Dracthen office will be required once per week.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 7+ years in project management or innovation management role handling complex, multi-functional projects
- Proven ability to manage full innovation lifecycles—from ideation to execution—balancing creativity with structure
- Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams
