Job Title:  Senior Product Researcher Food Prep & Core

We represents the voice of the consumer in project team.  We create a smooth delightful user experience.  
The influence of this team spans from insight generation/concept development to market launch, post-market R&R analysis and beyond.  It forms a link between product development and business.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Academic/ Professional Qualifications: bachelor degree or higher education in any of these fields: Human Factors; Psychology; Behavioral sciences; Sensory Science; Industrial Design; Interaction Design; Ergonomics; Human Computer Interaction; Engineering; Food Science or Food & Nutrition.  Experience/training in home economics and/or cooking is a plus.
  • Work Experience: 
    >5 years of working experience in consumer/user-oriented research with product development of small kitchen appliance
  • Personal attributes: Proactive; eagerness to learn; curious to know about current trends of relevant fields; passionate, good team player; influential to cross function members; passion in cooking/baking
  • Knowledge in using kitchen appliances; and in cooking/baking
  • Good analytical skill
  • Good communication skill: able to present ideas effectively
  • Able to work with cross functional teams in competitive environment.
  • Spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese; written English and Chinese.
  • Good understanding of common research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; usability studies; sensory research;  etc.)
  • Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative studies (online surveys, interviews,  ethnographic research etc.) , desktop researches and benchmark studies
  • Ability to analyze data coming from these studies and effectively report results. 
  • Ability to analyze data from Ratings & Reviews; experience in Wonderflow is a plus
  • Willing to have business travel occasionally
