NL

About the role:

At Versuni, we create products that turn everyday moments into something special — and coffee is at the heart of that.
As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of our coffee portfolio, shaping products from early concept all the way through to launch and beyond. You act as the voice of the consumer, ensuring everything we bring to market delivers real value, stands out from the competition, and performs commercially.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, R&D, Supply Chain, and markets across regions, playing a central role in bringing great coffee experiences to life. At the same time, you will help strengthen the Product Management team by supporting ways of working, coaching where needed, and driving better outcomes across projects.

The impact you’ll make:

Key responsibilities
•    Translate category strategy into clear product concepts and requirements, in close partnership with Marketing
•    Build compelling, consumer-focused value propositions that are relevant, differentiated, and competitive
•    Act as the product expert for your portfolio by benchmarking competitors and identifying opportunities across price segments
•    Develop business cases to assess sales impact, return on investment, and profit margins, while optimizing the product range and number of SKUs
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to represent the consumer throughout product development and ensure the right validation and testing approach
•    Use consumer feedback, ratings & reviews, and market input to drive continuous product improvements and improve consumer satisfaction
•    Manage product lifecycle activities, including range improvements, extensions, and end-of-life planning
•    Brief Marketing and Design teams to ensure consistent, consumer-centric communication across all touchpoints
•    Support markets with commercial launch activities and actively follow up on the financial performance of new product introductions
•    Analyze market data (e.g., Nielsen, GfK) to understand trends, competitor positioning, and dynamics across countries and price tiers
•    Support the Product Director in coaching and developing the Product Management team, improving ways of working and driving efficiency
