About the role:

In this role, you will lead and mature our global security operations, driving cyber resilience across IT, IoT, and OT environments. This is a high-impact leadership role for a technically adept and strategically minded professional who excels in stakeholder engagement and thrives in complex, fast-paced environments.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Security Operations Center (SOC), conducting in-depth technical risk assessments, and ensuring the implementation of secure-by-design principles across our technology landscape. Your ability to influence architecture decisions, manage cross-functional relationships, and deliver measurable improvements in security posture will be critical to success.

The impact you’ll make:

Lead Global SOC Operations
Oversee threat detection, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
Strengthen Detection & Platform Security
Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to enhance detection logic, harden platforms, and reduce attack surfaces.
Conduct Technical Risk Assessments
Evaluate IT, IoT, and OT architectures, identifying vulnerabilities and delivering actionable recommendations.
Architectural Influence & Secure Design
Represent security in architecture boards, embedding secure-by-design principles into technology decisions.
Cyber Resilience Leadership
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to fortify infrastructure and operational security across the enterprise.
Incident Response & Threat Mitigation
Lead investigations, coordinate response efforts, and proactively manage emerging threats.
Policy Development & Compliance Oversight
Align security policies with global standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, translating complex security concepts into business-aligned strategies.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Extensive Experience in Security Operations
5–10+ years in cybersecurity leadership roles within global organizations, with a proven track record in SOC management and security execution.
Technical Depth Across IT, IoT, and OT
Strong understanding of diverse technology environments and associated security challenges.
Architectural Risk Expertise
Demonstrated ability to assess and influence secure architecture decisions across enterprise systems.
Exceptional Stakeholder Management
Skilled in engaging technical and non-technical audiences, driving alignment and fostering collaboration.
Certifications & Standards Knowledge
Recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA) and deep familiarity with industry frameworks.
Professional Integrity & Analytical Rigor
High ethical standards, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
