About the role:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of social media for renowned home appliance brands? As the Senior Global Social Media Manager at Versuni, you'll develop, execute, and refine the social media strategy for our owned channels. You will lead the charge in creating a cohesive social experience that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and supports broader marketing and business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and content creation, and you will work closely with the Paid Media and Earned Media teams to create integrated campaigns that drive measurable results, while championing the voice of our brand across all social platforms.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Shape Our Social Media Strategy: Lead the strategy and vision for all owned social media channels, aligning with broader marketing objectives and company goals. Create and execute integrated social campaigns. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand’s social strategy relevant and innovative. Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track and optimize the effectiveness of social strategies.
  • Drive Engaging Content Creation: Oversee the creation of social content that reflects the brand’s tone, values, and messaging while driving engagement. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, platform-specific content including graphics, video, and copy. Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all social media assets. Align with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and seasonal product launches.
  • Foster a Thriving Social Community: Actively nurture the social community, responding to inquiries and feedback, and fostering conversations. Build brand advocacy and maintain a positive brand presence across social platforms. Leverage customer feedback and engagement to inform content strategies and customer-centric campaigns.
  • Ensure Seamless Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Paid and Earned Media teams to ensure seamless integration of organic and paid social strategies. Provide social insights and recommendations to support paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and PR initiatives. Understand product releases and key messaging by collaborating with product teams, ensuring alignment in digital campaigns.
  • Optimize Through Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to leadership on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics. Drive continuous improvements by analyzing data and adjusting strategies accordingly to meet objectives.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing social media channels, ideally in a consumer goods or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful social campaigns that drive engagement and business results.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Paid Media, Earned Media, and Creative departments.
