About the role:

You are part of Commercial Insights & Analytics team which is a global team in the heart of the Strategy and Transformation organization. The Senior Commercial Insights Manager supports the Regional teams with insights & analytics needs. You bring market and consumer insights at the foundation of commercial strategy definition, analyzing business & market data to quantify the performance of business segments and to drive the adoption of conclusions across the organization - supporting business decisions and evaluating potential operational changes.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Analyze commercial business data (sales, promotion, distribution, etc.) to quantify performance of business segments
  • Provide integrated performance and consumer-centric insights to guide marketing & commercial strategies and tactics in support of optimization and future business decision making
  • Be a trusted advisor to business leadership around commercial insights requirements
  • Drive the adoption of conclusions across the organization
  • Enable the democratization of data through leader-led training
  • Leverage all data sources (past and current research) to develop & share-out multisource insights syntheses that shape our category understanding. Lead regular insights and share-outs that drive the consumer voice throughout the organization.
  • Elevate level of expertise in technical knowledge on emerging and innovative insights and analytics techniques, tools /platforms ​
  • Leverage the global Commercial Insights & Analytics team to deliver on full scope of required insights
  • Identify and quantify future growth opportunities

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 8-10 Years' experience in the Insights & Analytics field
  • High degree education in Marketing or Business
  • Experience in analyzing commercial performance ( SellIn, SellOut, Stock in trade ) and syndicated market data ( GFK/Nielsen ) ideally gained in FMCG/Consumer goods industry
  • Good knowledge of data analysis tools ( Power Bi is a strong advantage )
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analysis, synthesis and presentation skills (both visual and verbal)
  • Ability to lead the design, synthesis, and application of repeatable, scalable insights and analytical frameworks
  • Proven record of influencing business decisions with fact-based insights through competitive intelligence, retail intelligence and persuasive communication to drive better business outcomes
  • Hands-on mindset as it is individual contributor role
  • Proficient Polish&English skills – must have
  • Based in Warsaw & happy to commute to the office 2-3 days a week
