About the role:
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for executing and coordinating a wide range of administrative and commercial operations that support the sales function. This includes budgeting, promotional program documentation, pricing coordination, and contract handling. The role ensures the accurate and timely execution of sales-enabling processes while maintaining compliance, transparency, and cross-functional alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
The impact you’ll make:
Budget Management & Reconciliation:
- Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly trade investment data, including actual sales claims, rebates, and others funds.
- Maintain and update master Sell-In data based on sales reports.
- Managing Program Promotions Budgeting
Program Promotions Administration:
- Draft and coordinate approvals of trade program proposals, letters, and others documents for promotional programs.
- Upload and manage documents via SAP and Docusign platforms.
- Schedule and facilitate Trade Promotions Meetings (quarterly and ad-hoc) for program validation.
General Sales Administration:
- Process travel expense reconciliation and create purchase orders for planned budgets.
- Support audit-related documentation and administrative needs of the sales team.
Pricing Management:
- Prepare and consolidate pricing drafts for multiple channels (TR, MR, ECOM, B2B).
- Coordinate internal approval with Marketing and DL before final release to the sales team.
- Ensure price documentation is version-controlled and archived.
Contract & Agreement Support:
- Draft sales agreements and gather feedback from stakeholders and distributors.
- Submit finalized agreements via Docusign for execution and manage storage in shared systems.
- Prepare LOA and termination letters as needed in coordination with all stake holders
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must
- Familiarity with TIT, Docusign, Ariba, and internal reporting tools is preferred
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Core Competencies:
- Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
