About the role:

Account Manager is responsible for building and managing relationships with a company's clients or customers. Their primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, retain existing business, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for assigned customer accounts 
  • Develops and maintains a credible and productive long-term relation with assigned key customers to maximize the value of the short & long term business 
  • Prepares the tactical account plan in line with account strategy and implements the sales strategy
  • Accountable for achieving budgeted sales, prices and sales forecast at a specified number of customers and accountable for managing the sales orders 
  • Grow sales and market share through trade promotions & partnership, listing reach and availability
  • Creates the optimal offers to assigned accounts, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams  
  • Contributes to the implementation of local marketing strategies 
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends
     

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 8 years solid experience in sales and account management experience in B2C environment, preferably in electrical appliances or consumer electronics industry
  • Experience in E-Commerce is an advantage
  • Aggressive, excellent team player, independent, self-motivated, responsible, be able to work under pressure, highly adaptive to change and responsive to situations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation & organization skill
  • High proficiency in English & Chinese, good command in Mandarin
