Job Title:  Sales&Operations Intern

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team.

The impact you’ll make:

• Daily snapshot preparation and reporting
• Daily follow up of invoices
• Supporting Sales team in the creation of new Ship & Sold to
• Calculating and sharing customer rebates progress payments
• Preparation of monthly closing reports
• Supporting the customer/product distribution process during the opening of the month
• Monthly Return Analysis preparation and reporting

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Only current university students and/or master’s degree students can apply for the role.
• Will be able to work with us a minimum of 4 days of a work week with hybrid working.
• Previous internship experience preferably in a similar role is a big plus.
• Good technical skills in Excel
• Good communication skills in English, oral and written
• Detail-orientated mindset with advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
