Job Title:  S&OP Manager

About the role:

The role will be part of the Global Supply Chain Planning team managing the S&OP process (Portfolio, Demand, Inventory, Supply) for the respective category. 

Main task is to balance supply and demand through S&OP process while optimizing the E2E inventory according to company expectation. 
 

The impact you’ll make:

Balances activities across the supply chain by planning, scheduling and prioritizing:

 

  • Plans internal processes, e.g., sales and operations planning, demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning.    
  • Creates and maintains a view of workflow. 
  • Sets up plans and scenarios such that timelines and cost targets can be met. 
  • Coordinate collaboration between different areas, such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics and Finance, to develop and implement plans that meet the company's goals. 
  • Analyze sales data, consumption history, market trends, and other factors to predict future demand. 
  • Prepare and present reports on the performance of the S&OP process, highlighting key indicators and areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure the integration of demand planning, production, logistics and other systems relevant to S&OP.
  • Uses dashboards and data to adjust processes and decisions accordingly. 
  • Anticipates factors that might influence supply and demand, by identifying and analyzing risks that may affect compliance with the S&OP plan, such as supply issues, changes in market conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • Leverages technology, process mapping and business analytics to improve performance. 
     

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in supply chain or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in the field of Forecasting, Planning & Scenario Management Planning appropriate for seniority.
  • End to End Orchestration, including Logistics. 
  • Experience in SC Process Design.
  • Ability to use case management systems and applications.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP.
  • Experience Problem Framing / Solving and Digitally-savvy / data-confident.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Fluent in English.
