Are you excited by the idea of shaping how millions of consumers discover and shop for home-defining products on one of the world’s most influential retail platforms?
As our South Europe Retail Media Manager, you will play a central role in driving visibility, impact, and demand for our brands across Europe’s key e-commerce platforms, mostly focused on Amazon. This role sits within our South Europe Marketing Team, where you’ll collaborate closely with strategic account leads, category marketing teams, the market’s leadership, and our agency partners who support the activation of global campaigns. 
You will also work hand-in-hand with our Global Digital team to ensure our marketing plans remain aligned across channels and regions: bringing consistency, precision, and innovation to every touchpoint. The impact you’ll make:

•    Drive the South Europe retail media plan across all channels with strong focus on Amazon, ensuring full alignment with the global integrated media strategy.
•    Unify integrated retail campaign plans across South Europe for all business categories, creating a cohesive and impactful regional approach.
•    Activate on‑ and off‑platform media campaigns using demand‑side platform buying to maximize reach and efficiency.
•    Guide agency partners in local markets to elevate ongoing and upcoming campaign performance.
•    Ensure that all campaign executions adhere to global media strategies and established playbooks.
•    Transform real‑time performance insights into proactive optimization steps, using data to identify opportunities and take action quickly.
•    Collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, including : sales, marketing, digital, analytics, Amazon leads, and agency partners, to deliver seamless execution and strong business outcomes. 

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    University degree in Marketing, Media, Communication,Business or related field
•    Solid experience in digital media, retail media, campaign management, online marketing or performance marketing
•    Hands-on experience across multiple platforms, Amazon Ads experience is a must, while other retail media platforms (e.g. Criteo), as well as Ad Tech tools such as PacVue, SKAI, and PowerBI are a plus. 
•    Proven track of record of working with other online retailers in the region is a strong advantage
•    Strong understanding of media planning and buying principles
•    Cross - regional media experience is a plus 
•    Fluent in English, additional languages such as French, Spanish and/or Italian are an advantage
•    Ability to thrive in agile environment, adapt quickly and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
•    Excellent Stakeholder Management skills with experience engaging senior leadership C level retail partners 
•    Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
