About the role:
Be the linking pin between Sales, Marketing and Finance teams driving Pricing and Rebates strategies in the UK&I Commercial Organization, based on the Global Commercial Excellence guidance. Custodian of Commercial Policy, the RGM, Pricing & Rebates Specialist coordinates price realization and margin improvement initiatives with local stakeholders.
The impact you’ll make:
- Analyze pricing performance along margin impact, potential incremental volume, consumer facing going price and competition pricing level.
- Acts as a business partner across Versuni UK&I to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvement.
- Implement global pricing strategies for the local geographical scope.
- Executes the daily pricing, rebates and commercial policy operational processes.
- Challenges and monitors trade investment performance within Commercial Policy and strategic fit.
- Enables market promotion investments in compliance with global and market guidance.
- Ensure that the local product portfolio allocation reflects the local Commercial Strategy.
- Ensures full implementation of Commercial Policy and in compliance with local regulations.
- Builds pricing capabilities through trainings, mentoring and coaching to ensure capability level across the local organization.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial, strategic or financial role
- Proven experience in revenue growth management or similar responsibilities
- Master’s degree level in business administration, economic or finance
- Knowledge in value extraction, channel strategy, digital sales & pricing, promotion effectiveness, advanced in Microsoft offices and SAP
- Ability to work in a team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross-functional, cross-layer)
- Ability to manage multiple workflows, requests and stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, but also a hands-on mindset
- Strong analytic tool skills (SAP ERP Suite and Power BI are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent oral and written English
- Experience in the consumer electronics or appliances domain is a plus
