As our Quality Shift Leader, you’ll play a vital role in making sure our production lines run with precision and care. You’ll lead a team of dedicated Quality Inspectors, oversee incoming material inspections, lab testing, and nonconforming parts analysis, and implement smart processes that prevent issues before they happen.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical know-how, attention to detail, and passion for quality will directly impact the reliability of our products. You’ll work closely with logistics, production, engineering, and external partners to make sure every material that enters our facility meets strict quality benchmarks.

The impact you’ll make:
- Lead a team of Quality Inspectors across incoming inspections, lab testing, and nonconforming parts analysis to ensure flawless execution.
- Strengthen risk management by supporting assessment activities and maintaining control plans that prevent quality issues.
- Resolve supplier claims through effective problem-solving and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Safeguard production integrity by verifying that all incoming materials meet required quality standards.
- Elevate operational performance by conducting internal audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Empower your team through targeted training that builds expertise and ensures compliance.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Production, and Engineering teams to meet shared operational goals.
- Coordinate with external sorting and control companies to maintain quality assurance.
- Track and report key performance indicators related to quality, efficiency, and compliance.
- Uphold internal procedures, company policies, and industry standards to ensure consistent excellence.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- University degree in Engineering or Production Management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality management, production, or inspection roles.
- Knowledge of Core Quality Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, PPAP).
- Knowledge of Problem-Solving methodologies (8D).
- Solid technical background, including experience working with SAP.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven leadership abilities, including motivating and leading a team, communicating effectively, and problem-solving efficiently.
- Native Romanian speaker.
- English proficiency – at least B2+ level.
- Organized, adaptable, flexible, and transparent mindset.
