Job Title:  Quality Project Manager

The impact you’ll make:

Provide leadership and steer all product quality related activities in Technology and Function Creation and Integral Product Development with special attention for:
•    Driving requirement development:  CTQ(critical to quality) definitions.
•    Steer for robust & reliable design, driving capability and reliability requirements.
•    Manage risk & problem and margin. Facilitate and review FMEA’s, PMI’s, Problem log’s.
•    Ensure proper definition and execution of the product quality test plan in a project, covering all chapters of the “Quality Plan”
•    Design and execute Verification & Validation plan.
•    Product & Process Maturity Testing, Early Market Feedback.
•    Simplicity Experience Tracking, SET.
•    Ongoing Reliability Testing.
Communicate regularly on the quality status, monitor predicted return rate throughout the project execution, Capture learning’s from earlier projects (both on the development process and on technical issues, quality continuous improvements) and initiate improvements in the new / current project. 
Lead and drive above tasks for ODM based product development projects as well.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

General
•    You have a bachlor degree in Quality, Electrical, Mechanical engineering with relevant experience in regulatory affairs. 
•    You have a proven track record in product development and quality in international, multi-disciplinary, consumer product development projects.

Expected Areas of Competencies
•    Experience in small domestic appliance industry, Robotics and FloorCare preferred.
•    Experience in understanding and translating regulatory standards, especially ISO9001, ISO13485.
•    Experience in balancing risks and opportunities of innovative solutions, and applying Design for Six Sigma.
•    Conceptual, analytically strong, data driven, and also hands-on.
•    A strong leader and a team player. You are an excellent communicator and motivator, skilled in managing interpersonal processes.
•    Courageous and able to continuously challenge the status quo, with a strong desire to improve organizational effectiveness structurally.
•    Always looking for perfection. You don’t accept underperformance or poor results. You have a quality mindset.
•    Fluent English both writing and oral.
