•    Champion innovation and define the roadmap of flagship products to drive profitable business growth 
•    Lead with Head, Heart and Hands to help turn houses into homes

Your Role & Responsibilities: 
Contribute to drive proposition quality in the category:
•    Supports product/proposition quality within the category including monitoring
•    Contributes to define quality targets, requirements (including verification and validation) and improvement areas for innovation and life cycle projects 
•    Manages all quality aspects for innovation projects including deliverables and final product/solution release
•    Collaborate with post market surveillance (PMS) team monitoring the products/solutions throughout all life cycle phases
•    Contribute at the global RR (Return Rate) reduction and define needed product/solution quality improvements based on failure analysis and technical assessments
•    Drive quality related problem solving and root cause analysis
•    Cooperates with procurement, I&D and SQ to define and reach quality targets

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    2-4 years of experience in development, process engineering or quality areas 
•    Minimum BSc degree, MSc preferred, in engineering (ME, EE), or related studies (chemistry, material sciences, mathematics)
•    Fluent in English
•    Knowledge in solution assessment, verification
•    Green (or black – it depends about seniority) belt certified could be an asset
•    Customer focused mindset
•    Good team player

The salary range for this position is EUR 42,000 – EUR 52,000 gross annual (RAL - fixed compensation), corresponding to Level B3 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico (Code: C011), and determined by Versuni’s objective, gender-neutral career framework.
