Job Title:  Quality Project Lead, LFL

About the role:

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead all product quality activities in AD & PDLM; define quality strategy and objectives.
• Drive robust design, reliability, risk management, and review of FMEA/PMI/problem logs.
• Establish the Quality Plan and coach teams on quality tools (e.g., DFSS).
• Report quality status, monitor predicted call rate (CREX), and lead continuous improvement through lessons learned.
• Oversee design verification & validation planning and execution.
• Ensure product safety, compliance, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Support LCM launches and lead resolution of major field issues.
• Lead HBSRA and other safety risk assessments.
• Guide cross-functional teams to achieve FCR targets. Drive end-to-end quality improvements with internal teams and suppliers.
