The impact you’ll make:

• Drive proactive risk reduction by leading and supporting Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis across manufacturing operations. 
• Strengthen product reliability by developing and maintaining Control Plans that align with quality standards and customer expectations. 
• Champion cross-functional collaboration by moderating structured problem-solving sessions to resolve internal complaints. 
• Elevate operational excellence by conducting internal process audits that uncover opportunities for continuous improvement. 
• Transform data into action by generating and analyzing performance reports that enhance product and process quality. 

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing environment. 
• Solid expertise in Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, and PPAP. 
• Proficiency in Problem Solving methodologies, particularly 8D. 
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems. 
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint for data handling and presentation. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence effectively. 
• English proficiency at B2+ level, both written and spoken.
