Job Title:  Quality Engineer

About the role:

• Organize and arrange the quality engineer to manage the quality and verification of the products from trial production to production and after-sales (end to end) to ensure that the production quality and quantity reach the company's goal; And responsible for the analysis and solution of product defects to improve the qualified rate of finished products.
  作为质量工程师，组织安排质量工程师对产品从试产到生产及售后各个环节（端对端）的质量及验证工作进行管理，确保产质量达到公司的目标；并负责对产品不良问题的分析与解决以提升成品合格率。

The impact you’ll make:

Participate in and analyze the quality problems in the production site, participate in the process of introducing new projects into the factory as a quality representative, and continuously improve the problems in the production process as a quality person
参与和分析生产现场中的质量问题，作为质量代表参加新项目导入工厂过程中，作为质量人员持续改进生产过程中的问题。
Participate in the new product introduction process to ensure the safety, conformity and reliability of new products meet the company's requirements
参与新品导入过程，确保新产品的安全性、符合性和可靠性达到公司要求；
Responsible for analyzing and solving the abnormal quality problems in the production process
负责分析与解决生产过程中的质量异常问题；
Participate in the analysis and improvement of customer complaints
参与市场产品客诉的分析与改进；
Responsible for the analysis, improvement and verification of key quality problems in the process
负责对制程重点质量问题的分析，改进和验证。

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

    Education 学历: 
College degree or equivalent
大学专科或同等学历
    Experience工作经验:
More than 3 years relevant working experience
相关工作经验3年以上
    Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
Have strong organizational management and coordination skills, good communication and writing skills, skilled use of quality improvement tools
具备较强的组织管理及协调能力，良好的沟通和书写能力，熟练运用品质改善工具
    Knowledge 相关知识: 
    Familiar with ISO9001 management system requirements
熟悉ISO9001管理体系要求
    Familiar with product inspection knowledge and product inspection process
熟悉产品检验知识和产品检验流程；
     Has the ability to analyze and deal with problems
具有问题点分析、处理能力；
    Cross-departmental communication and coordination ability
跨部门沟通协调处理能力；
    Master and use QC seven methods, 8D, PPAP and other quality management analysis tools
掌握运用QC七大手法、8D、PPAP等品质管理分析工具。
