Job Title:  Quality & Regulatory Intern

About the role:

We are looking for a Quality & Regulatory Intern to join our diverse and highly engaged team.

In this role, you will be supporting national approval and regulatory requirement processes across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa regions. You will take end-to-end ownership in your day-to-day work, enabling the business with regulatory insights and actively contributing to overall business success.

The impact you’ll make:

• Support daily operation in national approbations (household appliances, chemicals, SDS, food contact) preparations, executions and tracking
• Support shaping the move to digitalize approbations into one global single source of truth with enhanced automations
• Participate in centralization projects by obtaining experience in first hand streamlining of ways of working, identifying flaws along the processes and implement continuous improvements
• Link the approbations closer to launch plans
• Track approbation progress in a more convenient and automized way
• Improve the visibility of approbations
• Include changes to the process such as new countries, regulations etc. in an easier way

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s students, as well as recent graduates, are eligible to apply for this internship.
• Degree in relevant fields (e.g. Engineering departments, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or a related discipline)
• Previous internship experience preferably in a similar role is a big plus.
• Interest in product approvals and regulatory processes
• Good command of English; both in written and spoken language
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and affinity for digital tools, data management and/or automatization
• Interest in process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with good analytical skills
