As a Purchase to Pay Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring that our purchasing and payment activities are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with our financial standards. Think of this role as the reliable link that keeps information flowing correctly between suppliers, internal teams, and our financial systems. You’ll be the person who makes sure invoices are right, documentation is complete, and everything reconciles the way it should.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the market, support audits, and help strengthen the consistency and quality of our processes. If you enjoy being the go‑to person who brings order, precision, and continuous improvement to daily operations, this role will feel both meaningful and rewarding.

The impact you’ll make:
- Ensure accurate daily processing of supplier invoices by validating accounting postings completed by the external Purchase to Pay processor
- Handle daily documentation received from the customs office with precision and compliance
- Reconcile supplier invoices with accounting postings in our system each day to maintain financial accuracy
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing complete and reliable documentation
- Drive standardization, simplification, and operational excellence across the Purchase to Pay process
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Studies
- At least one year of experience in Purchase to Pay or Accounting
- Strong understanding of corporate and local accounting rules and the ability to apply them in daily operations
- A detail‑oriented, pragmatic, and analytical mindset, with strong communication skills and the ability to react quickly
- Experience managing multiple tasks or projects while meeting strict deadlines
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Availability to work on site five days per week
