Job Title:  Project Manager - Design

About the role:

Join the Experience Design team of Versuni, which interfaces with global stakeholders from different departments while driving user experience innovation. Together with a creative force of about 50 professionals, we create the future identity for the Versuni portfolio and execute this through projects, guidelines, and final design specifications.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and delivery-focused project manager to join us.

The impact you’ll make:

As Project Manager, you manage and coordinate the execution of the category program activities to realize the respective commitments and objectives of projects on-time and on-budget. You work closely with the design business partner, designers, PMO-Operations team and stakeholders outside the design team to scope, plan and manage the development of new propositions and solutions. 

• Project manage the the Category Program. Clarify and align budget, goals, planning.
• Organize the resources to be used and specify the quality standard in the processes.
• Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; support in the preparation of the annual operational planning (AOP/Budget).
• Assesses program performance continuously: plans and keep track of expenditures, analyses program variances and proposes corrective plan of actions.
• Secure transparency and predictability on the progress and outcome of the program
• Work in a structured and methodical way, utilizing standard processes and toolset
• Contribute to the project management community’s performance and capability building
• Quick response to issues that may arise and pro-active problem solving

• Project management skills. You have profound expertise in project management processes and knowledge areas. You can flexibly adjust and apply hybrid ways of work with a given context and desired project outcomes.
• Relevant experience in managing complex programs.
• Affinity with design.
• Stakeholder relationships. You can cultivate and grow meaningful relationships with stakeholders, encourage engagement and alignment of expectations. You are comfortable with working in a corporate environment.
• Problem solver, resourceful and positive to any give challenge.

• Feel comfortable managing budgets and optimizing return on investment, as well as working with internal and external parties to develop budgets, scope the work and planning.
