The impact you’ll make:

•   Coordinates shifts scheduling for 150- 300 operators between
•   Achieving KPI (quality, volume, cost)
•   Collaborating with support departments to achieve targets
•   Effectively managing resources in its area of responsibility
•   Actively participating in improving processes
•   Ensuring specific trainings for line leaders are in place

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•   Engineering or Production Management degree
•   Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Shift Supervisor, ideally in assembly production, or a few years of previous experience as a Line Leader or Team Leader in a factory
•   Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
•   Leadership abilities, with the capability to drive and motivate others
•   Strong problem-solving skills
•   Conversational-level English and native Romanian
•   Proficiency in the MS Office package (Excel and PowerPoint)
•   Availability to work in shifts
•   SAP knowledge is an advantage
