About the role:
Responsible for managing the End-to-End project management framework, ensuring that all innovation-related projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the targeted quality level (product performance and consumer satisfaction). Reporting into the Product Director on a day-to-day basis, this role ensures that innovation projects align with strategic objectives, effectively manages cross - functional project team members, and oversees the continuous improvement of project execution processes During the product LCM, he/she drives corrective actions plan when any quality issue arises, or for any product cost /competitiveness improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team End-to-End on an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in full, at targeted quality level, until 6/8 months post NPI launch.
- Accountable for the project outputs and documententation, she/he reports project progress pre-launch and product performance post launch, until project is officially handed over to LCM team.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within his/her functional project team
- During LCM, lead corrective actions plan for product quality issues (by design)
KPI's
- On-time Delivery: Percentage of projects completed on schedule vs commitment PPC) +- 1 week
- Product cost at launch +-5% vs PPG commitment
- Budget Adherence: Projects delivered within budget
- Quality: Percentage of deliverables meeting targets (TPP%), post launch RR, RR% vs TPP%
- Risk Management: Effectiveness in identifying and mitigating risks
- Stakeholder Feedback: Satisfaction with project management and communication
- Team Efficiency: Effective resource use and process adherence
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in project management, with 3+ years in a PMO role handling complex, multi- functional projects
- Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams
