About the role:

The impact you’ll make:

Lead the project team End-to-End on an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in full, at targeted quality level, until 6/8 months post NPI launch.

Accountable for the project outputs and documentation, she/he reports project progress pre-launch and product performance post launch, until project is officially handed over to LCM team.

Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.

Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within his/her functional project team During LCM, lead corrective actions plan for product quality issues (by design) The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

5+ years in project management, with 3+ years in a PMO role handling complex, multi- functional projects

Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or related field Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Experience with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives Strong communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams
