Job Title:  Product Project Manager, LFL

About the role:

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead the project team End-to-End on an innovation project including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion, to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, in full, at targeted quality level, until 6/8 months post NPI launch.
• Accountable for the project outputs and documentation, she/he reports project progress pre-launch and product performance post launch, until project is officially handed over to LCM team.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within his/her functional project team
• During LCM, lead corrective actions plan for product quality issues (by design)
