As Product Owner for Consumer Supply Chain, you’ll play a key role in shaping and continuously improving our global Consumer Supply Chain – with a strong focus on Service Operations and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) operations.

You'll own the end-to-end processes and drive the transformation roadmap (especially in SAP S/4HANA), and work hand-in-hand with our regional teams to make sure everything runs smoothly — and better every day.

The impact you’ll make:

Lead and improve core Service Operations & D2C capabilities across regions
Drive standardization while supporting local needs — always with the customer in mind.
Align closely with Business Process Experts and Subject Matter Experts at Versuni to shape future-proof processes.
Analyze the current (AS-IS) landscape and co-create the future (TO-BE) processes — built on our integrated digital architecture.
Collaborate with local markets and external service partners to spot improvement opportunities and bring them to life.
Coordinate testing (UAT), localization, and deployment of IT and process updates.
Develop and maintain training materials to support adoption of new tools and ways of working.

What does Success look like?

Timely delivery of key milestones and business outcomes
Tangible improvements in cost, service, and customer satisfaction (think: NPS, Availability, etc.)
Growing adoption of SAP S/4HANA and other core platforms

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience
Strong project management skills — you know how to drive initiatives from idea to execution, manage stakeholders, and deliver results
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Service Cloud — you know your way around
A track record in performance improvement, with strong problem-solving skills
Analytical and change management capabilities to guide teams through transformation
Bonus: experience in repair management operations
