The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead Industrialization processes for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades to manufacturing processes
  • Secure productivity and efficiency in the design of processes for new products; acts as a Business Partners to our Coffee Espresso Category.
  • Identify and execute cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality
  • Review production processes, and specifications; evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes
  • Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process securing timely implementation and ramp-up quantities
  • Work with other departments to develop design and production standards to guarantee product quality
  • Overlook capacity bottlenecks, asset maintenance and CAPEX process

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Education & Experience
BS/ MS in engineering or relevant working experience
5+ years of experience in an equivalent business role.

 

Technical Skills
Basic Knowledge of manufacturing engineering and/or injection molding
Strong understanding of product introduction and product engineering
Ability to analyze and present Industrial Engineering data to key Stakeholders in Finance, R&D and Purchasing. 

 

Soft Skills 
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
Strong Problem solving and risk management capabilities.
Effective communicator with fluent English and Italian proficiency (spoken & written).
Ability to lead teams, implement new systems and drive performance improvements.

 

Regulatory Awareness
Basic knowledge of environmental, safety and quality regulations
Understanding of cross-functional relationship for efficient New Product Introductions
