Job Title: Perfect Store & Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role:
Owns and drives the execution of Perfect Store initiatives to optimize in-store visibility, shopper navigation, and brand activation across priority retail partners. Owns the 12-month promotional calendar, leveraging golden rules for promotions, while tailoring local brand activation and in-store displays to meet customer- specific needs. Designs and customizes planograms and visual merchandising materials to ensure optimal shelf navigation and tracks the performance of in-store shopper marketing to ensure delivery against key commercial objectives.
The impact you’ll make:
- Collaborates closely with global Perfect Store capability function to roll-out best practices, analytical tooling, etc. to strengthen local Perfect Store capability
- Coordinate Perfect Store plans with KAMs, Trade-Marketing and Sales Operations (i.e., promo plans, planograms, etc.), to ensure that promotions are aligned with customer strategies and overall brand objectives
- Leads Perfect Store execution with priority customers: ensuring store setups, promotions, and displays meet the target standards for visibility and shopper engagement
- Designs and customizes planograms based on global guidelines, creating local planogram master templates tailored to customer- specific needs. Working closely with retailers to design customized shopper marketing programs that align with their goals
- Tailors in-store displays and visual merchandising to each customer, including secondary displays, end caps, and shelf navigation materials, ensuring optimal shopper flow and brand visibility. Working with retail teams to develop merchandising strategies, ensuring products are displayed optimally to drive conversion
- Tailors local brand activation plans by customer, ensuring brand activities align with the promotional strategy and deliver against in-store execution goals
- Support Media Activation manager in tracking and reporting of in -store shopper marketing performance, ensuring delivery against targets and adjusting plans based on performance data Deploys Perfect Store tooling
KPI's
- Growth opportunities (realized): Incremental value (revenue, market share, IGM) identified or achieved from Perfect Store initiatives
- Perfect Store and planogram compliance: Percentage of priority stores meeting Perfect Store criteria and locally tailored planograms
- Trade Terms scorecard: % of contracts in compliance with Trade Terms golden rules on Perfect Stores counterparts.
- Store activation effectiveness: ROI & sales uplift from store activation plans
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Education: Master degree equivalent level in Business, Marketing, strategic management, or related field
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or commercial excellence, with a strong focus on in-store execution, managing promotional calendars and trade partnerships
- Skills: Strong understanding of planogram design, and in-store visual merchandising. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Language: Fluent in English, with local languages as required
