As the Perfect Store & Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how our brands show up in the market, influence what shoppers experience at every touchpoint, and turn commercial plans into realworld results. You’ll work closely with crossfunctional teams and retail partners to bring strategies to life, ensuring our products stand out and perform.

The impact you’ll make:
- Drive sellout growth by owning the account strategy and annual planning.
- Shape a 12month trade and promotional activation calendar that aligns with the market plan and maximizes shopper engagement.
- Define portfolio and distribution strategy with key account managers while managing exceptions to global guidelines.
- Act on realtime data from sellout, availability, and online store performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Inform stakeholders by monitoring competitor activity in-store and online and sharing actionable insights.
- Optimize promotional effectiveness and return on investment in line with commercial policy.
- Forecast monthly sellout performance and highlight opportunities, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Manage advertising and promotion budgets while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and aligned with the consumer decision journey.
- Lead field execution by guiding promoters and merchandisers, building joint business plans with partners, and delivering product training.
- Launch new products with a strong gotomarket strategy tailored to managed accounts.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing (retail experience preferred); exposure to Sales, Trade, or Key Account Management is a plus
- Fluent in English, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and solid knowledge of MS Office
- Proven experience managing budgets and tracking ROI
- Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record in product launches and 360° trade activations, including in-store projects and store openings
- Strong project management skills, with high ownership and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong business acumen
- Experience in retail activation and CDJ-based campaigns
- Valid driver’s license (if field travel is required)
- Familiarity with sell-out, OSA (On-Shelf Availability), and OLE metrics, as well as e-store tools and forecast cycles, is considered an asset
- Experience managing promoters, merchandisers, or field teams is considered an asset
- Knowledge of category management and distribution and assortment planning is considered an asset
- Experience building joint business plans with retail partners is considered an asset
