As the Perfect Store and Trade Marketing Lead for the Ukraine market, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands show up across retail and online channels. You will own the national trade marketing agenda, translating brand ambitions and sales goals into powerful, customer-focused strategy and activation that drives sales, visibility, and sustainable long-term growth.

This role sits at the heart of the business, acting as a connector between Marketing and Sales, while cooperating with regional and global teams. You’ll use insights on consumers, shoppers, and retailers to ensure our brands win at every touchpoint — from the shelf to the screen. You’ll also lead and develop a local Trade Marketing team, building a culture of collaboration, ownership, and execution excellence.

  • Shape market success by defining and leading the trade marketing strategy for the Ukraine.
  • Accelerate sell-out growth by translating brand strategies into compelling in-store and online activation plans.
  • Strengthen brand presence by driving best-in-class visibility, promotions, and shopper engagement across key channels.
  • Maximize commercial performance by identifying growth opportunities across categories, customers, and channels.
  • Enable winning partnerships by supporting customer negotiations with clear, insight-led strategy and activation proposals.
  • Drive smarter investments by managing trade marketing budgets with a strong focus on return on investment.
  • Build future-ready capabilities by leading, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing Trade Marketing team.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Solid experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Business Development and/or Sales and Marketing gained in FMCG or Consumer Goods industries
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience and knowledge in shopper marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, BTL and customer engagement
  • Experience as people manager
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian – both written and oral (to communicate with regional and global teams) is required
