As our Admin & Payroll Specialist for North-Europe, you’ll be part of a collaborative and inclusive team dedicated to delivering flawless payroll processes. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll activities, work closely with People, Operations, and Finance teams, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and accuracy. This role is perfect for someone who loves detail, thrives on responsibility, and wants to make a real impact on employee experience.
The impact you’ll make:
- Oversee all payroll-related activities across the North-Europe region.
- Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions with precision.
- Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with People, Operations, and Finance teams to streamline processes and reduce errors.
- Partner with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate input.
- Respond to employee payroll queries with clarity and professionalism.
- Review and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Help us move toward a more digital, insight-driven payroll operation.
- Curious of new technology in the payroll space and support the adoption of digital workflows, automation, and predictive analytics to strengthen payroll accuracy and forecasting.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Extensive knowledge of Dutch payroll, tax, and labour law.
- Hands-on experience with SAP payroll (required).
- VPS diploma is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADP systems (GlobalView or Celergo) is an advantage.
- Experience processing payroll for Belgium or Nordic countries is a plus.
- Affinity for digital tools, AI-driven solutions, and data analytics to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.
- Ability to interpret payroll data, create insights, and support more data-led decision-making.
- Fluency in English (additional local languages are a bonus).
