As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations — coordinating orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making sure every customer’s journey runs smoothly. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will help transform transactions into exceptional experiences.

The impact you’ll make:
• Handle and execute Business to Business customer order processes
• Coordinate initiatives and activities for order processing, customer communication, return processing, and claim management
• Ensure dates are properly aligned between internal systems to set the correct expectation
• Communicate import/export order progress proactively and potential delays to relevant stakeholders
• Integrate cross-functionally across the supply chain to increase operational excellence and customer value
• Leverage technology, process mapping and business analytics to improve performance
• Organize records of all order-related information, including shipping documents, invoices and/or Customer related documentation
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or similar).
• Initial professional experience in Order Management or a related area.
• Experience working in an international company is considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a high level of ownership.
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong stress management skills.
• SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables required; Macros considered a strong asset).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
• Open-minded, with the ability and enthusiasm to work in multicultural teams.
