We are seeking a skilled Omnichannel Marketing Officer for a one-year assignment to join our team based in Jeddah office, with 5 days of work - Sunday to Thursday.
 
In this role, you will be maintaining our permanent visibility in the market, increasing our in-store visibility share and ensuring that our promotional visibility and promotional execution is in the right way.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Assistance in Strategy Development: Supports the team in developing trade and shopper marketing strategies
  • Market Research: Helps conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and shopper behaviours
  • Campaign Support: Assists in the planning and execution of trade and shopper marketing campaigns across various channels (in-store, online, etc.)
  • Merchandising Assistance: Helps with the development and implementation of merchandising plans, including point-of-sale materials and displays
  • Promotion Coordination: Supports the coordination of promotional activities, including discounts, special offers, and in-store events
  • Team Collaboration: Works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support trade marketing strategies
  • Retailer Interaction: Assists in building and maintaining relationships with key retailers and distributors
  • Performance Monitoring: Helps monitor and analyses the performance of trade marketing activities and promotions
  • Understand Shopper Behaviour: Assists in gathering insights into shopper needs and preferences to inform marketing efforts
  • Feedback Collection: Helps gather feedback from shoppers and retailers to improve marketing strategies

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • “Retail experience in the field” is required for this role. (It can be either Trade Marketing, Merchandising, Promoter management related experience.)
  • Past and/or current experience preferably in consumer electronics or consumer goods industry is needed.
  • Experience specifically at small and/or large domestic appliances industry or any electronics in general is a big plus.
  • Good level of English and fluent level of Arabic 
  • Able to report & communicate on timely manner
  • Good at summarizing & problem solver
