This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of innovative, insight-driven media strategies that fuel both brand growth and business performance. You’ll collaborate with passionate teams across brand, creative, and marketing to ensure our media approach is bold, effective, and aligned with our purpose: turning houses into homes. You’ll also be the key decision-maker in guiding our media agency partners and empowering local markets to deliver consistent, high-impact media plans. The impact you’ll make:

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape global media direction by developing long-term and project-based strategies that align with our marketing and business goals.
  • Drive consistency and excellence by creating and managing global media planning principles, including playbooks and golden rules, and ensuring alignment across our top 13 markets.
  • Empower local markets by guiding and governing media planning to ensure strategic adoption and execution at the local level.
  • Inspire and educate media managers to build high-performing local media teams.
  • Champion data-driven decisions by owning the Media KPI Framework and embedding insights into every stage of the planning cycle.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by integrating media strategies with brand, creative, digital (experience), and category marketing teams.
  • Lead innovation by staying ahead of media trends and incorporating cutting-edge technologies and approaches into our strategies.
  • Elevate media expertise across the organization by serving as the go-to expert and delivering impactful training through our Media Academy.

 

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in media, focus on global media strategy and planning
  • Proven track record of developing effective media plans that drive business results
  • Experience in managing projects with large media spent
  • Strong knowledge of global media trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with media performance measurement
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding Influencing skills
  • Excellent senior stakeholders (among C-level) management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinker that understands impact vs effort
  • Fluent in English
