We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and commercially savvy Media & Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join our top-performing Media & Digital Marketing and E-commerce Excellence teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead 360-degree media planning across both online and offline platforms, delivering high-impact campaigns that connect with consumers at every touchpoint. From crafting data-driven strategies to optimizing performance across digital channels, TV, and out-of-home, you’ll be at the forefront of driving brand visibility and category growth. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, media agencies, and global counterparts to ensure our media investments deliver measurable results in today’s advanced and ever-evolving media landscape.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Sets-up, drives, optimizes and analyses channel-wide and channel-specific 360 marketing campaigns as part of Media and Digital Marketing and E-com Excellence department
  • Provides markets with E2E media activation support online to offline comprehensive planning (across brands & channels)
  • Leads media activations and translates content to respective audiences & channels
  • Strong media budget management for categories to apply the most effective and efficient media planning
  • Strong offline media knowhow to drive traditional media plans from TV to OOH
  • Strong digital knowhow on performance marketing, data management, DCO, KPI tracking of media channels
  • Executes digital campaigns E2E across all digital media channels, including social media & Display
  • Understands the dynamics of all platforms to create relevant creatives across META, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital metrics, and assess against business & marketing KPI’s (ROI)
  • Optimizes digital campaigns in real-time by managing performance tracking, evaluation & learning logs
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams and stakeholders at global, regional, and local level to implement effective media strategy for each product category across global media platforms for Türkiye region to contribute to the growth of brand preference and market shares
  • Coordinates creation of the best-in-class holistic media plans that leverage data and insights as well as media best practices
  • Ensures excellence in media strategy execution for full funnel end to end campaign (brand and performance)
  • Monitors, optimizes and evaluates media campaigns in close cooperation with media agency

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas; preferably with Media, Digital Marketing scope
  • 9+ years relevant media planning & buying experience (as Media Channel Responsible for TV, OOH, Paid Social, Programmatic or Search) in top media agencies or global brands ideally from FMCG and/or consumer electronics, consumer goods, and retail industry background
  • Strong experience in Media management, Digital Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Digital Optimization & Social Media Marketing
  • Proven track record in executing well performing full funnel media campaigns
  • Intimate knowledge of Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform (DV360, SA360, GA) and/or META
  • Functional experience with all channels of social media
  • Language skills: English and Turkish (Fluent English is critical for this role)
  • Can simultaneously manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A get-it-done attitude, analytical, an eye for detail, creative and top-notch problem-solving skills are essential for this position
