About the role:
As the MarTech Product Owner, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing technology platforms crucial to driving impactful consumer engagement. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to ensure delivery of scalable, innovative solutions across marketing channels and digital touchpoints. This role will give you the opportunity to oversee and optimize the MarTech landscape, including content feed management platforms and tools, campaign automation tools and analytics platforms. You will be instrumental in driving analytics and data solutions for implementing measurable return on investment (ROI).

Champion Marketing Technology Excellence:
- Drive the vision and roadmap for MarTech platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Maintain digital tools and technologies that empower marketing teams to deliver top-notch campaigns and analytics-driven performance.
Optimize Customer Engagement:
- Enable omni-channel personalization through effective utilization of first-party data and audience segmentation tools.
- Ensure the technology landscape supports seamless audience targeting across owned media, paid media, and third-party advertising channels.
Drive ROI through Data and Insights:
- Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign performance, making optimization decisions driven by data insights.
- Build frameworks to report on digital media spend, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Streamline System Integration and Delivery:
- Partner with technical teams to integrate diverse marketing tools and datasets, including CRM systems, programmatic ad platforms, and social commerce tools.
- Ensure bi-directional content flow between digital marketing systems and product information tools to enable dynamic campaigns.
Empower Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and supply chain teams to align marketing strategies with enterprise goals.
- Partner with legal teams to ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and others.
Promote Innovation:
- Facilitate continuous improvement by working with vendors, internal teams, and external service providers to identify opportunities for platform enhancement.
- Stay informed on emerging AdTech/MarTech innovations, trends, and industry best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role focusing on marketing platforms/tools such as DMPs, DCOs, Analytics, email automation tools, campaign orchestration platforms, or other AdTech/MarTech solutions.
- Familiarity with leading tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, Channable or similar.
- Knowledge of integrations between marketing, analytics, and enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, PIM, ERP).
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking, proven through ability to leverage data insights to optimize tool performance and campaign outcomes.
- Strong understanding of cookie-less tracking, data attribution models, predictive analytics, and marketing performance metrics.
- Effective collaboration across teams, ability to partner with marketing, technology, legal, and analytics teams to balance technical feasibility with business objectives.
- Experience guiding teams in building scalable and compliant AdTech/MarTech solutions while managing diverse priorities.
- Agile practitioner with proficiency using development management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar to manage backlogs, epics, and sprints collaboratively.
- Capable of inspiring technical teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes within tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of the needs and challenges of the CPG industry, especially in the area of marketing small home appliances.
