About the role:
n this role, you have the opportunity to develop, grow and as part of Versuni Hong Kong marketing team to drive success in market together.
You are responsible for:
- Develop 3-year strategic plans and annual consumer marketing plans based on business budget plan and Hong Kong market characteristics, align marketing strategies with business objectives to drive sales growth and market share improvement.
- Conduct in-depth consumer and market analysis, output insight reports to provide data support for product positioning, pricing strategy and product iteration, and participate in product concept discussion and value proposition definition to highlight product differentiation.
- Lead product marketing throughout the entire product lifecycle, incl. portfolio, pricing, communication strategy management: formulate targeted marketing strategies for new product launches, mature product promotion and product upgrading, coordinate with related teams to deliver product core selling points to target audiences.
- Coordinate with regional & global product teams to optimize product marketing plans based on product characteristics and market feedback, promote the integration of product advantages into marketing activities, and enhance product competitiveness in the market.
- New product GTM strategy and execution. Launch toolkit development incl. messaging house, local assets, POSM materials, retail toolkit and training materials, etc.
- Collaborate closely with trade marketing and sales teams to decompose business goals, align marketing initiatives with sales targets, provide marketing support for regional sales work, and track the contribution of marketing to business performance.
- Plan and implement impactful and result-driven integrated campaigns that leverage multiple capabilities along the consumer decision journey with Marcom Manager for build brand awareness and preference.
- Activate multiple digital capabilities and support digital transformation adoption to build comprehensive digital activation strategies, translating business metrics into digital KPIs, and using insights to build engaging digital content.
- Drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to KPIs such as yearly sales, market shares, Integral Gross Margin (IGM) through price realization in markets, A&P, Integral Sales Margin (ISM) and marketing ROI.
- Provides inputs to the cluster marketing for the definition of the 24 month planning including selection of the hero propositions.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in consumer marketing
- Strong consumer-centric and owner’s mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Communication Skills both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
